The Arizona Court of Appeals Division One released the panel assignments for June 23, 2025 through December 26, 2025.

The judges on Division One of the Arizona Court of Appeals sit together on assigned three-judge panels—called “Departments”—for four-month intervals. The Court has released a new organizational order assigning the panels for June 23, 2025 through December 26, 2025 Beginning June 23, the new Department assignments will be:

The Court of Appeals assigned responsibility to the Departments for Tax Appeals during this period on a rotating basis. The rotations will occur on a monthly basis: Department A will handle Tax Appeals assigned in July; Department B will handle Tax Appeals assigned in August; Department C will handle Tax Appeals assigned in September; Department D will handle Tax Appeals assigned in October; Department E will handle Tax Appeals assigned in November; and Department F will handle Tax Appeals assigned in December.

“P” designates the Department’s Presiding Judge
“AP” designates the Department’s Acting Presiding Judge

*Judicial vacancies on the court may require the assignment of pro tem judges to sit with Departments B and C until such time as the vacancies are filled.
